NTCNet will install fiber optic cable directly to over 1,900 homes and businesses in portions of nine townships; Deerfield, Herkimer, Schuyler, Fairfield, Newport, Russia, Ohio, Norway and Morehouse. Construction commenced in the summer of 2018 for the mainline routes. Customer installations will commence during the 2nd quarter of 2019 in a phased approach by Fiber Distribution Area (“FDA”).
