NTC has received approval from the New York State Public Service Commission to transition to a digital telephone directory for 2023. In an effort to reduce waste and be more environmentallyconscious, we will no longer be providing a physical telephone directory.

Beginning in October, we will provide electronic access to our 2023 directory via our website at www.ntcnet.com. If you are a NTC voice customer and would like to receive a printed version of the online directory, free of charge, please call or email us at 315.845.8112 or info@ntcnet.com.
