For quite some time we looked for a wood stove or fireplace insert for the home we bought in Newport. Since we had time to search we went to several dealers in the Utica and surrounding area before coming across you. Not only were we comfortable in the showroom, you leisurely walked us through what you thought we were looking for and beat every other dealer we spoke to by a serious amount of money in every way. To go along with the savings, your service men couldn't do enough for us, be it by their courtesy, information, or the perect installation itself. The original fireplace in the home was beautiful, so we never expected the gray Jotul to be more than functional. Instead it's brought out the beauty of the brick wall back even more, and perfectly matches the stone work and mantel. I hope you saw the pictures your installers took before they left.
