Intralata: Calls within area code 315.
Rates: Flat rate of 12 cents a minute.
Intrastate: Outside the 315 area code within NY.
Rates: Flat rate of 15 cents a minute.

Interstate: Outside NY State within Continental US.
Rates: Flat rate of 15 cents a minute.
Other than the above flat rates there are also other direct dialed regular rates. Discounts after a minimum is met. Contact our Business Office for further information at 315-845-2000.

CALLING CARD SERVICES
Interstate: With in the Continental US.
Surcharge: 50 cents per call.
Rate: 30 cents per minute.
International:
Outside of the States.
Surcharge: $1.00 per call.
Rates: Rates will vary by terminating location and will be the same as International Direct Dial Rates. Each Country rate is different. Contact our Business Office at 315-845-2000 for rates.

Note: A customer must request to have International capability for the calling card.

Residential:
Installation: $10.00
Monthly Basic Rate: $5.00
Rates Per Minute: Weekdays 8 AM – 5 PM 28 cents per minute.
Nights & Weekends 21 cents per minute.

Business:
Same as above for exchange areas of 826, 845 & 891.
