Sixth Consecutive Year Newport Telephone Company, Inc. Receives Commendation:
Newport, New York – The New York State Public Service Commission recently notified Newport Telephone Company, Inc. that they had received a commendation for the high quality of telephone service which it provided during 2004. It is the sixth consecutive year that Newport Telephone Company, Inc. has been recognized. The PSC Commendations are based on two metrics, the customer trouble report rate and customer complaint rate.

The members of NTC are extremely proud of this award and the honor it brings to their company. NTC strives to provide the highest level of service to its customers and the PSC recognition reinforces its efforts and the teamwork required to achieve it.
